Who We Are

Since its beginning in 2000, The BalletForte Guild has provided volunteer and financial support to BalletForte, Fort Bend County’s premiere pre-professional ballet company. Our effort help to:

  • Increase community awareness of BalletForte
  • Provide performance assistance
  • Provide funds to support production costs and costumes for performances
  • Defray cost of guest artists and choreographers
  • Defray cost of annual Regional Dance America/Southwest Festival performances

What We Do

Our events include:

  • Clara’s Nutcracker Tea
  • Nutcracker Boutique
  • Spring Gala
  • Activities for all BalletForte performances

Why Join?

For Community members, it means making the arts/ballet affordable and convenient for Fort Bend County residents, which enhances the quality of  life for its citizens. For non-Company members, it means the opportunity to participate in a pre-professional production of The Nutcracker that is very affordable in addition to the possibility of participating in the Company in the future. The Guild also provides scholarship opportunities for promising young dancers.

Membership

the Guild membership year is an annual year from June to May. However, members can join at any time during the year. All levels of membership are available as an annual fee per family.
